You analyze blueprints, specifications, and proposals to perform detailed quantity takeoffs and estimate labor, material, and equipment costs. By soliciting and reviewing subcontractor and vendor quotes, you ensure comprehensive scope coverage and value for every proposal. You assess project risks and work closely with project managers and engineers to develop strategies that position Willmeng for success. Proficiency with industry-standard estimating software, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of heavy civil construction are essential, reflecting Willmeng’s commitment to quality, integrity, and teamwork.
