<p><strong>About the job</strong></p> <p>Role: BDC Representative, EV Retail<br>Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite/Hybrid)<br>Employment Type: Full-Time<br>Salary: $55,000–90,000 OTE (base + commission)</p> <p><strong>About Ever</strong></p> <p>Ever is building the future of auto retail. Learn more about us at <a href="http://evercars.com">evercars.com</a>.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Handle high-volume inbound leads from EV buyers and sellers (phone, SMS, email, chat)</li> <li>Qualify customers and understand their needs, timeline, and budget</li> <li>Set high-quality appointments for Sales and Supply teams</li> <li>Re-engage cold and dormant leads through structured follow-up cadences</li> <li>Educate customers on Ever’s EV buying and selling process</li> <li>Deliver a best-in-class, consultative customer experience</li> <li>Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly contact and appointment targets</li> <li>Maintain clean CRM records and accurate pipeline tracking</li> <li>Identify patterns in lead quality and provide feedback to Marketing &amp; Product</li> <li>Help optimize scripts, outreach strategies, and sales playbooks</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Fit</strong></p> <ul> <li>1–5+ years of experience in BDC, inside sales, or high-volume lead management</li> <li>Strong phone presence with professional communication skills</li> <li>Comfortable working fast-paced inbound and outbound queues</li> <li>Track record of hitting activity and appointment goals</li> <li>Coachable with a growth mindset</li> <li>High energy, competitive, and resilient</li> <li>Strong organizational and follow-up skills</li> <li>Passion for EVs and the future of transportation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience using CRM and dialer systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)</li> <li>Strong written communication (email &amp; SMS)</li> <li>Comfort navigating multiple tools and dashboards</li> <li>Ability to manage large lead volumes efficiently</li> <li>Data literacy — understands conversion metrics and funnels</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary + performance bonus</li> <li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li> <li>Flexible / Unlimited PTO</li> <li>401(k) plan</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Ever and this role?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be on the front lines of the fastest-growing EV retailer in the U.S.</li> <li>Work with AI-powered sales tools and modern tech stack</li> <li>Join a high-performance, metrics-driven team</li> <li>Build elite sales and communication skills</li> <li>Direct impact on company growth and revenue</li> <li>Clear path to Sales, Supply, or Leadership roles</li> </ul> <p><strong>Disclaimers</strong></p> <p>Ever is an equal opportunity employer.
