IGC is currently seeking a line cook to join the team, uphold the core values of IGC, and foster a culture of service excellence.</p> <p><strong>Line Cook's General Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Have a thorough knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, recipes, and preparation methods.</li> <li>Thorough station set-up, breakdown, and line checks.</li> <li>Execute all cooking responsibilities for line shifts, include consistent execution of recipes in the following areas:</li> <ul> <li>Prep</li> <li>Fry Station</li> <li>Sauté Station</li> <li>Grill Station</li> </ul> </ul> <ul> <li>Uphold Intown Golf Club standards of quality and freshness.</li> <li>Maintain Intown Golf Club standards in the areas of cleanliness and organization.</li> <li>Know and follow all applicable State and County food safety and Health Department standards.</li> <li>Identifies and solves any problems related to food quality.</li> <li>Maintain effective communication with expediter and fellow employees throughout shift with regard to item availability, status of working orders and special circumstances.</li> <li>Assists all other employees, whenever possible, with any tasks necessary for effective guest focused restaurant operation.</li> <li>Performs any task deemed necessary by managers for complete guest satisfaction.</li> <li>Resolves any guest dissatisfaction or complaints with their dish.</li> <li>Expected to have honest, open communication with staff, managers and owners.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Line Cook Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Medical/Dental/Vision insurance</li> <li>No Cost Teladoc Services (Mental Health Counseling/Dermatology/PT)&nbsp;</li> <li>Paid Time Off</li> <li>Employee discount</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
