Full Time Medical Scribe - Illinois at Theoria Medical

This role collaborates closely with the assigned physician to drive them to practice locations and support their clinical workflows.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Shift Structure&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monday-Friday&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Schedule is mirrored around the physician’s rounding schedule&nbsp;</li> <li>Shifts typically start around 7am and end around 5pm&nbsp;</li> <li>Shift times are flexible due to physician rounding schedule&nbsp;</li> <li>This position is In-Person&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential Functions &amp; Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Clerical support for assigned physician&nbsp;</li> <li>Assistance with paperwork for assigned physician&nbsp;</li> <li>Assisting assigned physician with charting&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements and Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Medical scribe experience preferred</li> <li>Medical scribe certification preferred&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be able to remain in a stationary position for at least 50% of working hours</li> <li>Must be able to move inside a facility frequently and briskly in order to see patients with physicians.</li> <li>Ability to ascend and descend stairs in a facility.</li> <li>Some ability to position oneself to obtain records, tools, medical equipment and other items that may be in locations that are below the knee or above the shoulder.</li> <li>Effectively communicate with patients, managers, and Facility staff.&nbsp;</li> <li>Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation and Benefits&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>PTO&nbsp;</li> <li>401k with employer match&nbsp;</li> <li>Health insurance&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>All job equipment is provided by Theoria Medical.&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><em>Employee must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.&nbsp; Employer retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position.</em></p> <p>#ZRTM<br>#LI-Onsite<br>#LI-JD1</p>
