We've built our reputation on innovation and reliable service, and we're known as the industry's experts.</p> <p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p> <p>We are seeking an <strong>experienced&nbsp;</strong>Lead Technician to join our operations in the&nbsp;<strong>Oklahoma City, OK</strong> area. Lead Technicians are assistant supervisors to the Project Leads on site, and are responsible for leading other installers in performing access control and camera installations. This individual&nbsp;<strong>must have at least 2-3 years of direct experience</strong>&nbsp;of direct experience in the installation of Access Control, CCTV, and/or Burglar Alarms <strong>in a large-scale commercial setting,&nbsp;</strong>such as schools, hospitals, warehouses, etc. Work is primarily located in the OKC area, but Digi occasionally does travel throughout the Oklahoma and Texas region.</p> <p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Installation</strong>:&nbsp;Responsible&nbsp;for&nbsp;the&nbsp;professional&nbsp;installation&nbsp;of&nbsp;cabling,&nbsp;access&nbsp;control&nbsp;components,&nbsp;CCTV&nbsp;systems,&nbsp;and&nbsp;motion/intrusion/alarm&nbsp;systems.&nbsp;Lead&nbsp;by&nbsp;example&nbsp;by&nbsp;upholding&nbsp;the&nbsp;highest&nbsp;installation&nbsp;standards&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;industry.</li> <li><strong>Hand&nbsp;Tools&nbsp;and&nbsp;Inventory</strong>:&nbsp;Safely&nbsp;operate&nbsp;various&nbsp;hand&nbsp;tools,&nbsp;work&nbsp;at&nbsp;heights&nbsp;on&nbsp;ladders&nbsp;and&nbsp;lifts,&nbsp;keep&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;truck&nbsp;inventory,&nbsp;and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;safety&nbsp;standards&nbsp;on-site&nbsp;and&nbsp;off.</li> <li><strong>Documentation</strong>:&nbsp;Perform&nbsp;computer&nbsp;program&nbsp;entry&nbsp;as&nbsp;required&nbsp;and&nbsp;prepare&nbsp;documentation&nbsp;for&nbsp;the&nbsp;purpose&nbsp;of&nbsp;providing&nbsp;written&nbsp;support&nbsp;in&nbsp;compliance&nbsp;with&nbsp;regulations&nbsp;and/or&nbsp;conveying&nbsp;information.</li> <li><strong>Communication</strong>:&nbsp;Respectfully&nbsp;communicates&nbsp;with&nbsp;all&nbsp;coworkers&nbsp;and&nbsp;Project&nbsp;Lead&nbsp;on&nbsp;daily&nbsp;progress&nbsp;and&nbsp;documents&nbsp;all&nbsp;necessary&nbsp;information.</li> <li><strong>Work&nbsp;Planning</strong>:&nbsp;Responsible&nbsp;for&nbsp;reading&nbsp;and&nbsp;understanding&nbsp;technical&nbsp;drawings,&nbsp;assigned&nbsp;project&nbsp;documentation&nbsp;and&nbsp;work&nbsp;orders&nbsp;including&nbsp;scope&nbsp;of&nbsp;work.</li> <li><strong>Customer&nbsp;Service</strong>: Consistently communicate with the Project Coordinator, Project Manager, and Project Lead to ensure complete customer satisfaction.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>30 hours PTO plus 2 week vacation accrual rate</li> <li>3 week vacation accrual rate after first year of employment</li> <li>9 company-wide paid holidays throughout the year</li> <li>Travel pay incentives</li> <li>401k plan w/corporate matching structure offered</li> <li>Full health benefits-medical, dental and vision offered</li> <li>Included life insurance, additional voluntary life insurance offered</li> <li>Accident/critical illness insurance offered</li> <li>Full set of Hilti tools</li> <li>All hand tools and consumables paid for by company</li> <li>Ample paid training and voluntary professional development opportunities</li> <li>Company laptop, company phone, uniforms and gear</li> <li>Yearly stipend for steel-toed boots and work pants</li> <li>Company vehicles provided to Lead and Project Lead technicians</li> <li>Overtime and bonus pay opportunities</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift/move equipment and tools weighing up to 50 lbs.</li> <li>Ability to work from ladders or man lifts at extended heights.</li> <li>Must be able to differentiate colors.</li> <li>Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time and complete overhead work for long periods of time.</li> <li>Must have a current, valid driver's license in the state of which you are applying and have the ability to meet our company driving standards.</li> </ul> <p><em>Disclaimer: This job description is not all encompassing of job responsibilities and is not in any way a binding document.
