As a Data Scientist, you will lead medium-complexity data science projects, build robust predictive models, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate analytical outputs into business impact.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the end-to-end development of predictive and forecasting models, applying advanced statistical and feature engineering techniques.</li> <li>Lead complex analyses, including segmentation, clustering, churn prediction, linear optimization, and NLP.</li> <li>Collaborate with Data Engineers to optimize Spark pipelines and with MLOps engineers for deployment on Azure Databricks.</li> <li>Standardize analytical templates and present data-driven insights to business partners with clear narratives and actionable steps.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Must-have Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied ML.</li> <li><strong>Language:</strong> Advanced English level (Essential for presenting ideas clearly and consulting with diverse global stakeholders).</li> <li>Strong technical expertise in Python and SQL.</li> <li>Proven experience with Spark and Databricks for scalable data processing.</li> <li>Clear understanding of linear regression, clustering techniques, and experimentation methods (A/B testing, MLflow).</li> <li>Strong storytelling and consultative skills to effectively explain complex solutions, answer business questions, and "sell" data-driven ideas.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice-to-have:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>AI Tooling Proficiency:</strong> Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
