<p data-start="505" data-end="732">Midi Health is the leading virtual clinic dedicated exclusively to women in midlife. We are redefining how perimenopause and menopause are understood and treated through expert, evidence-driven clinical care delivered at scale.</p>
<p data-start="734" data-end="1111">We are seeking a <strong data-start="751" data-end="810">Clinical Advisor who is a true subject matter authority</strong> in perimenopause and menopause care—an experienced physician whose clinical judgment is trusted in the most complex scenarios. This role is central to supporting our rapidly growing clinician team and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and clinical excellence across the organization.</p>
<p data-start="1113" data-end="1349">This is not a routine clinical role. It is designed for physicians who routinely manage <strong data-start="1201" data-end="1237">complex, multi-comorbidity cases</strong>, serve as escalation points for other clinicians, and bring national-level expertise in midlife women’s health.</p>

<h2 data-start="1356" data-end="1377"><strong data-start="1359" data-end="1377">What You’ll Do</strong></h2>
<ul data-start="1379" data-end="2188">
<li data-start="1379" data-end="1519">
<p data-start="1381" data-end="1519">Serve as the <strong data-start="1394" data-end="1424">primary clinical authority</strong> for real-time clinician questions and escalations, with a required <strong data-start="1492" data-end="1519">30-minute response time</strong></p>
</li>
<li data-start="1520" data-end="1609">
<p data-start="1522" data-end="1609">Support direct patient care, including <strong data-start="1561" data-end="1609">escalated visits and DEA-required encounters</strong></p>
</li>
<li data-start="1610" data-end="1708">
<p data-start="1612" data-end="1708">Review and manage <strong data-start="1630" data-end="1662">time-sensitive patient cases</strong>, laboratory results, and clinical inbox items</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1709" data-end="1819">
<p data-start="1711" data-end="1819">Identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and <strong data-start="1776" data-end="1819">share insights with clinical leadership</strong></p>
</li>

</li>

<p data-start="2226" data-end="2306"><strong data-start="2226" data-end="2254">Board-Certified MD or DO</strong> with a demonstrated record of clinical excellence</p>
</li>
<li data-start="2307" data-end="2441">
<p data-start="2309" data-end="2441"><strong data-start="2309" data-end="2393">5+ years of advanced, specialized experience in perimenopause and menopause care</strong>, beyond routine or protocol-driven management</p>
</li>
<li data-start="2442" data-end="2602">
<p data-start="2444" data-end="2602"><strong data-start="2444" data-end="2483">Recognized subject matter authority</strong> in managing <strong data-start="2496" data-end="2536">complex midlife women’s health cases</strong>, including patients with multiple and interacting comorbidities</p>
</li>
<li data-start="2603" data-end="2741">
<p data-start="2605" data-end="2741"><strong data-start="2605" data-end="2646">Expertise in cancer survivorship care</strong> strongly preferred, particularly related to hormone management and long-term risk assessment</p>
</li>
<li data-start="2742" data-end="2844">
<p data-start="2744" data-end="2844"><strong data-start="2744" data-end="2811">At least 5 years of direct patient care within the past 5 years</strong>, with active clinical practice</p>
</li>
<li data-start="2845" data-end="2964">
<p data-start="2847" data-end="2964"><strong data-start="2847" data-end="2884">2+ years of telehealth experience</strong>, including comfort managing complex cases and clinician escalations virtually</p>
</li>
<li data-start="2965" data-end="3080">
<p data-start="2967" data-end="3080"><strong data-start="2967" data-end="3078">Demonstrated willingness and ability to obtain and maintain active, unrestricted licensure in all 50 states</strong></p>
</li>
<li data-start="3081" data-end="3237">
<p data-start="3083" data-end="3237"><strong data-start="3083" data-end="3138">Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</strong>, with the ability to guide and support other clinicians through nuanced clinical decision-making</p>
</li>

<p data-start="3240" data-end="3391"><strong data-start="3240" data-end="3278">Availability for 20 hours per week</strong>, with a commitment to engaging in Midi clinical work <strong data-start="3332" data-end="3391">exclusively during mutually agreed-upon scheduled hours</strong></p>
