We take a solutions-oriented and collaborative approach, constantly innovating our business and products.  About the role:  As a Platform Engineer at Nintex you are highly skilled in the technology stacks within your domain and bring strong working knowledge of tools and practices across the broader DevOps ecosystem. You will design and build code, testing, and operational solutions that incorporate monitoring, observability, and feedback loops to support reliable implementation and operation. You will lead the rollout of complex infrastructure components and act as a key contributor in the support and operation of critical production systems. font-size: 12pt;" data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="19" data-aria-level="1">Apply appropriate DevOps patterns and practices to effectively solve development and operational challenges.</li> </ul> To be successful, we think you need:  <ul> <li>Proven experience working in a DevOps/ SRE/ Platform Engineering role, supporting complex, production-grade systems.</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably in Azure, including services such as Cosmos DB, Azure Key Vault, networking, monitoring, and identity.</li> <li>Solid experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines, including integration, automation, and observability.</li> <li>Proficiency with infrastructure as code and automation tools, along with scripting or programming skills used to build operational tooling.</li> <li>Experience troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure and pipeline issues in live production environments.</li> <li>A strong understanding of security best practices, including secrets management, least-privilege access, and secure system design.</li> <li>Experience designing systems with scalability, availability, disaster recovery, reliability, and durability in mind.</li> <li>Ability to write clear documentation, post-mortems, and root cause analyses that lead to meaningful improvements.</li> <li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain DevOps concepts and patterns clearly to engineers with varying levels of experience.</li> <li>Comfort working independently on complex problems and making sound technical decisions.</li> <li>Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and contribute effectively during incident management.</li> <li>To be able to triage and resolve issues accurately and independently.</li> <li>Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to create prototypes and proof-of-concepts.</li> </ul>   What’s in it for you?  Nintex has a hybrid working model, enabling us to build culture, learn, and grow together.
