<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p>
<p>The Digital Account Manager supports the development and execution of digital fundraising campaigns for FNY’s nonprofit clients. This role focuses on managing day-to-day campaign activities across email, paid media, SMS and web, with an emphasis on donor acquisition, retention, and engagement.</p>
<p>This position is ideal for a developing strategist with strong project management and client communication skills who can collaborate across teams and contribute to performance-driven campaigns.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Campaign Execution & Support</strong></li>
<ul>
<li>Support the implementation of digital fundraising campaigns across email, paid media (search, social, programmatic), websites, and SMS.</li>
<li>Assist in coordinating digital efforts with direct mail and broader multichannel fundraising initiatives.</li>
<li>Contribute to campaign planning and execution aligned with client goals and timelines.</li>
</ul>
<li><strong>Client Management & Communication</strong></li>
<ul>
<li>Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts, supporting communication, reporting, and deliverables.</li>
<li>Help manage timelines, budgets, and expectations with guidance from senior team members.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for optimization and testing based on campaign performance.</li>
</ul>
<li><strong>Team & Project Coordination</strong></li>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams (creative, data, tech, paid media) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaign assets.</li>
<li>Support quality assurance and ensure all deliverables meet client and agency standards.</li>
<li>Assist with email setup and deployment as needed.</li>
</ul>
<li><strong>Performance & Reporting</strong></li>
<ul>
<li>Monitor campaign performance and assist in reporting on key metrics.</li>
<li>Analyze results and contribute insights to improve future campaign performance.</li>
<li>Stay informed on trends in digital media and nonprofit fundraising.</li>
</ul>
<li><strong>Qualifications</strong></li>
<ul>
<li>4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, fundraising, or account management, preferably in an agency or nonprofit environment.</li>
<li>Experience supporting integrated digital campaigns across email, paid media, and web.</li>
<li>Familiarity with direct response marketing principles and donor engagement strategies.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.</li>
<li>Comfort working with data and campaign performance metrics.</li>
</ul>
<li><strong>Desired Skills & Tools</strong></li>
<ul>
<li>Experience with CRM, email, and donation platforms such as Salesforce, MailChimp, Blackbaud, or Fundraise Up.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4).</li>
<li>Basic understanding of Google Tag Manager and reporting tools.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of SEOand AEO best practices.</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<p><strong>Location </strong>This is a remote position. Preference will be given to candidates based in New York City, with occasional in-person collaboration and periodic travel as needed.</p>
