About the Role

Build Your Career at Uniform Color At Uniform Color, we’re not just looking for someone to fill a spot on the production floor. We’re looking for people who want to learn, contribute, and build a career with a company that values the work they do. We’re a family-owned manufacturer in Holland, MI, and our average employee has been with us for 11 years. That kind of longevity doesn’t happen by accident. We take care of our people, invest in their growth, and create opportunities for those who are willing to learn and put in the work. You’ll be trained across different areas of our production floor, and through our Pay for Knowledge program, you can earn a raise as you become trained in additional areas. Many of our supervisors and team leads started right here as production employees. If you’re someone who likes working with your hands, enjoys staying busy, and wants a job where you can actually grow, we’d love to meet you. Many of our supervisors and team leads started on the production floor and worked their way up by learning the business, taking on new responsibilities, and showing us what they could do. One of our recent team members started as a Production Operator, moved into a Back-Up Lead role, and then became a Team Lead — all within his first year. He showed up ready to learn, worked hard, and took advantage of opportunities to grow. We noticed. That’s the kind of person we’re looking for.
