<p><strong>Overview:</strong></p> <p>The Client Service Representative serves as the primary operational and service interface for clients focused on delivering responsive support, supporting Private Wealth advisors, and ensuring a consistent client experience.&nbsp; We provide service to our clients with passion and integrity. Through comprehensive training, mentorship, and client-centric innovation, our service professionals are empowered to transform clients’ lives while growing in their own careers.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Key Responsibilities: &nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage existing client relationships with moderate guidance by processing client requests, resolving client inquiries, and making sure key client information is up to date.</li> <li>Demonstrate Proactive solutions-based approach to enhancing client relations</li> <li>Onboard new clients by collecting client data, financial statements, and training on digital tools</li> <li>Drive client retention by proactively reaching out to clients and documenting follow up</li> <li>Work collaboratively with an investment team, compliance, financial planning and Private Wealth advisors to provide a consistent client experience</li> <li>Collaborate with partners to ensure consistent client service quality.</li> <li>Perform administrative duties that support the Private Wealth advisor including but not limited to answering phones, scheduling appointments, and business travel.</li> <li>Engage in available training and educational opportunities to stay current on policies and procedures</li> <li>Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values</li> <li>Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates</li> <li>Perform other work-related duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Experience and Skills:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree preferred</li> <li>2 to 3 years of similar or related experience preferred</li> <li>Must currently hold, or obtain within 120 days of employment, a FINRA Series 65 license</li> <li>Continued employment is contingent upon obtaining the license within this timeframe.</li> <li>Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families</li> <li>Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office suite, and AI tools.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:2,&quot;335559738&quot;:120,&quot;335559740&quot;:260}">#LI-AG1</span></p> <p><em><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:2,&quot;335559738&quot;:120,&quot;335559740&quot;:260}">The anticipated posting timeline for this opportunity is 5/27/2026-6/27/2026.</span></em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$60,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$75,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p> <p>Being a part of IMA has its benefits.
