This role is responsible for estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and coordination with field teams, subcontractors, and general contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.</p> <hr data-start="644" data-end="647"> <h1 data-section-id="ls18e3" data-start="649" data-end="671">Key Responsibilities</h1> <h3 data-section-id="6yxehw" data-start="673" data-end="706">Estimating &amp; Pre-Construction</h3> <ul data-start="707" data-end="1046"> <li data-section-id="x78rat" data-start="707" data-end="805"> <p data-start="709" data-end="805">Prepare Plumbing and HVAC estimates including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.</p> </li> <li data-section-id="kd6ywc" data-start="806" data-end="892"> <p data-start="808" data-end="892">Review drawings, specifications, and addenda to ensure complete and accurate bids.</p> </li> <li data-section-id="192v8a9" data-start="893" data-end="982"> <p data-start="895" data-end="982">Identify project risks, constructability issues, and value-engineering opportunities.</p> </li> <li data-section-id="y3ounx" data-start="983" data-end="1046"> <p data-start="985" data-end="1046">Participate in bid reviews, negotiations, and project buyout.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-section-id="1r0y4be" data-start="1048" data-end="1080">Project Planning &amp;
