We come from the brand side and have built and led operations for companies like Steve Madden, Prada and Nice Laundry. We leverage the latest technology to support our high growth brands and their daily operations. Outerspace provides a number of services including, but not limited to, warehousing and fulfillment, customization and light manufacturing, and product photography.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">Outerspace is looking for a <strong>Wholesale Team Lead </strong>(B2B) to join our fast-growing team. This person will be responsible for daily B2B floor activities including, but not limited to coordinating and prioritizing orders with the floor staff, freight pick ups and ensuring guidelines are met. Additional responsibilities will include the maintenance of the B2B order status report, waving orders through our WMS portals, and manual billing.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">A successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are highly organized, and are able to complete tasks in a timely manner. The candidate will be able to maintain all order statuses, packing slips, BOLs, and related documents in an organized and efficient manner.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">&nbsp;</p> <p class="p2"><strong>Responsibilities:<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p class="p2">● Wave B2B orders using our WMS platforms based on the ship window listed in B2B order status report<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">● Greet, document, and obtain proper sign offs for carrier pick ups.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">● Coordinate with dock drivers (internal and external) to load trucks and obtain proper sign off<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">● File documentation and understand proper ASN requirements<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">● Provide labeling support and data entry, where applicable<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">● Update and maintain B2B order status report<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">● Enter manual billing for the department for non-automated functions<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">● Assign waves to associates by priority and cancel date<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">● Monitor ability of associates and allocate labor according to labor needs<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">● Communicate with the Inventory Control team on product and location issues that need resolution<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">● Escalate technical issues to supervisors and management for troubleshooting and resolution<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">● Provide suggestions and ideas for process improvements to management<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">● Other duties as assigned<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p4">&nbsp;</p> <p class="p2"><strong>Qualifications and Educational Requirements:<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p class="p2">● High school diploma or GED required<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">● Associate’s degree in business administration, logistics, or related strongly preferred<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">● 1-3 years of experience in a fulfillment center warehouse environment or related<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">● Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">● Read, understand, and translate retail customer vendor routing guidelines<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">● Issue resolution experience<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">● Ability to multitask<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">● Prioritization skills<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">● Strong written and verbal communication skills<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">● Decision making abilities<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">● Planning and organizational skills<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">● Professional positive attitude<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">● Basic math skills<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">● Proven history of reliability and punctuality<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">● MS Word, Excel, Outlook, SPS, Deposco, Netsuite experience a plus<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p2">&nbsp;</p> <p class="p2"><span class="Apple-converted-space">Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour</span></p> <p class="p2"><span class="Apple-converted-space">Shift: 1st Shift</span></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>Outerspace will never extend a job offer without first conducting a formal interview process, which includes multiple virtual and/or in-person interviews.
