This team recruits and develops Airbnb’s global supply of high-quality Services. By focusing on quality supply and international expansion, the team leads the way for Airbnb’s continued growth and the facilitation of millions more host and guest connections.</p> <p>Just like Airbnb disrupted hospitality, Airbnb Services is redefining the guest experience by bringing premium in-home services directly to Airbnb stays. Airbnb Services offers 10 categories (chefs, photography, massage, personal training, nails, etc.) across 260 cities, with new offerings and locations dropping regularly in the Airbnb app.</p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><strong>The Difference You will Make:</strong></span></p> <p>We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Operations Specialist to be the frontline voice of Airbnb in key Mexico City neighborhoods, including Condessa, Roma Norte, Polanco. This role focuses on lead generation, conducting in-person sales pitches, and initiating onboarding processes with key services hosts in CDMX.</p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><strong>A Typical Day:&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential hosts in person, sourcing through online research, cold calling, community engagement, and local networking.</li> <li>Sales Pitches: Deliver persuasive in-person conversations to showcase Airbnb Services and its offerings, effectively converting interest into host submissions.</li> <li>Onboarding: Partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate the initial onboarding of new hosts, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped for success.</li> <li>Market Insights: Gather valuable insights from potential hosts and the community to inform sales strategies and improve service offerings.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><strong>Your Expertise:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or community engagement.</li> <li>Exceptional interpersonal skills; comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations in various formats.</li> <li>A curious and scrappy mindset with an eagerness to proactively identify new tactics &amp; approaches to source and close successful leads.</li> <li>learn about and connect with local communities.</li> <li>Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple conversations and leads across various platforms.</li> <li>Clear and positive communicator, both verbally and in writing, with an authentic voice.</li> <li>Passionate about Airbnb’s mission to create belonging and economic opportunity for hosts.</li> <li>Familiarity with social platforms (Facebook Groups, Reddit, Nextdoor) for community engagement and lead generation.</li> <li>Experience with or understanding of small business owners, hosts, or side hustlers is a plus.</li> <li>Based in Mexico City and deep local knowledge of the market and it’s service offerings.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><strong>Our Commitment To Inclusion &amp; Belonging:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;">Airbnb is committed to working with the broadest talent pool possible. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range shown below is monthly, is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.</span></p></div><div class="title">Mexico Monthly Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$30,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$33,333.33 MXN</span></div></div></div>
