This is a full-time, in-person position.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Facilitate integration between design and construction teams to optimize project outcomes.</li> <li>Manage and coordinate the design process for complex, large-scale commercial projects.</li> <li>Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications across all CSI divisions.</li> <li>Conduct cross-discipline drawing coordination and design quality reviews.</li> <li>Assess design document status by phase (SD, DD, CD) and communicate expectations.</li> <li>Identify, track, and address challenges during design and construction phases.</li> <li>Contribute constructability and technical expertise to design evolution.</li> <li>Understand risks and roles associated with various project delivery methods.</li> <li>Interpret contract documents and agreements.</li> <li>Coach and mentor junior associates.</li> <li>Communicate effectively and manage time efficiently in a highly collaborative environment.</li> <li>Work independently with minimal supervision.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related design/construction field.</li> <li>Experience managing complex, large-scale commercial projects.</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.</li> <li>Strong communication and time management skills.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively and independently.</li> </ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in the A/E industry or related fields.</li> <li>Active Architecture license.</li> <li>Experience in aviation projects.</li> <li>Familiarity with contract documents and project delivery methods.</li> <li>Experience coaching and mentoring junior team members.</li> </ul> <p>#LI-DO1</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).</span></span></p> <p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text">​</span><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and&nbsp;Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.</span></span></p></div>
