As our Pharmacy Partnership Specialist, you won't simply build a list of pharmacies—you'll identify, evaluate, and qualify the compounding partners that help deliver safe, timely, and reliable care to our patients.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">You'll be the first point of contact with prospective pharmacy partners, ensuring they meet our operational and regulatory standards before introducing them to our Partnerships team.</p> <h2>What You'll Do</h2> <h3>Research &amp; Identify</h3> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Research and build a targeted pipeline of high-potential compounding pharmacies, with a strong focus on 503A and 503B facilities that align with LumiMeds' growth strategy.</p> <h3>Execute Outreach</h3> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Conduct high-volume, professional outreach through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn to pharmacy owners, pharmacists-in-charge, and business development leaders.</p> <h3>Qualify Potential Partners</h3> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Evaluate pharmacy partners using predefined qualification criteria, including:</p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Licensing status</li> <li>503A / 503B designation</li> <li>GLP-1 fulfillment capabilities</li> <li>State licensure and reciprocity</li> <li>Shipping coverage</li> <li>Turnaround times</li> <li>Operational readiness</li> </ul> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Gather accurate information while maintaining a professional and consultative approach.</p> <h3>Pipeline Management</h3> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Maintain detailed and organized CRM records, documenting outreach activities, qualification status, and next steps to ensure complete visibility across the partnership pipeline.</p> <h3>Facilitate Internal Handoffs</h3> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Schedule qualified introduction meetings with our Partnerships leadership team, providing all relevant context to enable productive conversations.</p> <h3>Follow-Up &amp; Relationship Building</h3> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective partners who may not yet be ready to engage, recognizing that pharmaceutical partnership cycles often require long-term relationship building.</p> <h3>Reporting</h3> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Provide regular updates on outreach activity, qualification progress, pipeline health, and partnership opportunities.</p> <div><hr></div> <h1>What Success Looks Like</h1> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>A consistent pipeline of qualified compounding pharmacy partners.</li> <li>High-quality partner introductions for the Partnerships team.</li> <li>Accurate, organized, and reliable CRM documentation.</li> <li>Pharmacy partners arrive at meetings informed, prepared, and genuinely interested.</li> <li>Strong qualification standards that reduce time spent on unqualified opportunities.</li> <li>Trusted internal resource for pharmacy partner research and validation.</li> </ul> <div><hr></div> <h1>Requirements</h1> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>4+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development (SDR/BDR), medical sales, healthcare recruiting, pharmaceutical partnerships, or related B2B healthcare roles.</li> <li>Experience communicating with healthcare organizations or medical professionals.</li> <li>Excellent research skills with the ability to identify qualified pharmacy partners and key decision-makers.</li> <li>Comfortable conducting high-volume outbound outreach via phone and email.</li> <li>Highly organized with experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar.</li> <li>Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately document qualification criteria and conversations.</li> <li>Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working toward outreach and qualification goals.</li> </ul> <h2>Nice to Have</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Previous experience working with compounding pharmacies.</li> <li>Familiarity with 503A and 503B pharmacy regulations.</li> <li>Knowledge of GLP-1 medications and pharmaceutical fulfillment processes.</li> <li>Experience within pharmaceutical supply chains or healthcare distribution.</li> </ul> <p></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p data-start="726" data-end="742"><strong data-start="726" data-end="742">How to Apply</strong></p> <p data-start="744" data-end="911">If this role sounds like a fit, we’d love to hear from you.
