If&nbsp;you're&nbsp;passionate about providing high-quality psychiatric care and enjoy working alongside therapists, psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other behavioral health professionals,&nbsp;we'd&nbsp;love to hear from you. &nbsp;</div> <div class="x_x_elementToProof"><strong>What You'll Do: </strong>&nbsp;</div> <ul> <li>Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnose mental health conditions, and&nbsp;develop individualized treatment plans. &nbsp;</li> <li>Prescribe,&nbsp;monitor, and adjust psychotropic medications using evidence-based practices. &nbsp;</li> <li>Provide brief supportive psychotherapy and psychoeducation. &nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, and community partners to coordinate patient care. &nbsp;</li> <li>Complete&nbsp;timely&nbsp;and&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;documentation within the electronic health record (within 72 hours). &nbsp;</li> <li>Perform crisis assessments and coordinate referrals for higher levels of care when appropriate. &nbsp;</li> </ul> <div class="x_x_elementToProof">&nbsp;</div> <div class="x_x_elementToProof"><strong>Requirements: </strong>&nbsp;</div> <ul> <li>Master's or Doctorate in Nursing with a Psychiatric-Mental Health specialization. &nbsp;</li> <li>Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). &nbsp;</li> <li>Active Massachusetts RN and APRN licenses. &nbsp;</li> <li>Current DEA registration with controlled substance prescribing authority. &nbsp;</li> <li>Active Medicare Provider Status. &nbsp;</li> <li>Minimum of 1–2 years of psychiatric clinical experience in outpatient, inpatient, or community mental health. &nbsp;</li> <li>Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) and telehealth platforms. &nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent communication, assessment, and clinical decision-making&nbsp;skills. &nbsp;</li> </ul> <div class="x_x_elementToProof">&nbsp;</div> <div class="x_x_elementToProof"><strong>Why Join Aspire? </strong>&nbsp;</div> <div class="x_x_elementToProof">Aspire Health is a community-based behavioral health organization dedicated to supporting recovery, resilience, and hope by partnering with individuals and families throughout their health care journey.
