<p><strong>501731 Aviation Logistics Management Specialist</strong></p> <p>Work Location: Huntsville, AL&nbsp;</p> <p>Schedule: Full Time 40 hours per week; 8 hours per day in office (remote work is not authorized)</p> <p>Relocation: Negotiable&nbsp;</p> <p>IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking an <strong>Aviation Logistics Management Specialist </strong>to support a Light Helicopter Product Office on Redstone Arsenal.&nbsp;Candidates should be able to provide performance-based logistics planning for new and/or modified LUH systems, manage logistical operations daily, work effectively with others, and serve as a liaison between the customer and outside agencies.</p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Provides Integrated support in Statement of Work (SOW) or Performance Work Statement (PWS) Development and review.</li> <li>Provides Performance Based Logistics planning for new and/or modified LUH systems</li> <li>Provides input, analysis, and recommendations for Life Cycle Support Plans, Material Fielding Plans and Logistics Management.</li> <li>Provides input and advice for disposition and or acquisition of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE).</li> <li>Coordinates with UH-72 Fleet Management on developing and prioritizing depot level repairs.</li> <li>Converses professionally and directly with OEM Manufacturer Airbus Helicopter International (AHI).</li> <li>Conducts in-depth reviews of Proposals, to include validating pricing, conducting Technical Evaluations, participating in Fact Finding Rails, and participating in Integrated Product Team (IPTs).</li> <li>Works closely with Business Management Division by analyzing documentation and providing input for Fact Finding efforts and validating contract exclusions and Over and Above.</li> <li>Provides input and assistance in Technical Evaluation Development and Publication review</li> <li>Provide analysis for the Product Office to determine Time Between Overhaul requirements and completed overhauls.</li> <li>Attends meetings and provide input to improve functionality and outcome of efforts regarding improving supply availability.</li> <li>Completes other tasks assigned.</li> <li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills, Competencies and Abilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Recent UH-72 Maintenance Management Experience&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience developing Integrated Logistics Support Plans</li> <li>Aviation field background.</li> <li>Ability to interface with subcontractors and proficiently / professionally relay Light Helicopter Product Office (LHPdO).</li> <li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products.</li> <li>Ability to intelligently brief and converse with all levels of leadership.</li> <li>Must be willing to travel 25% of the time.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired Skills:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Required: UH-72 aircraft maintenance background&nbsp;</li> <li>Quality Control or Production Control background.</li> <li>Life Cycle Logistics Planning and Programmatic experience.</li> <li>SOW/PWS Review and Development experience.</li> <li>Self-starter who is organized, detail oriented, a problem solver and an effective communicator.</li> <li>Review/analyze technical data received from vendors/OEM.</li> <li>Manage and operate Consolidated Aviation Maintenance Management System and applicable automated databases.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education and General experience:&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience.
