<p><strong>Essential Anesthesia Management </strong>is seeking<strong> </strong>a CRNA to join our team at<strong> Hillcrest Hospital South in Tulsa, OK.</strong> This is a great opportunity to join a tenured, well-supported group that emphasizes autonomy, flexibility, and professional fulfillment.</p>
<p><strong>Position Highlights:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Up to $400,000 annually (1099 model) </strong>for 44 weeks of service per year</li>
<li>Sign-On Bonus</li>
<li>Student Stipend available up to 1 year before signing! </li>
<li><strong>Schedule: </strong>Schedule varies</li>
<li><strong>Optional extra income opportunities for:</strong></li>

<li>In-house OB shifts (24-hour)</li>
<li>First call (Weekday)</li>
<li>First call (Weekend)</li>
<li>Additional coverage for working days off PRN</li>
<li>OR hours >40/week<br><em>Note: OB shifts, post-call hours, and call/callback time excluded from OT calculation</em></li>
</ul>
<li><strong>Diverse Case Mix: </strong>General, Ortho, ENT, GI/Endo, OBGYN, Spine, Cath Lab, Urology</li>
<li><strong>Collaborative Team Environment: </strong>1 MD per day / 10-11 CRNAs per day</li>
<li><strong>Call Schedule:</strong> 1:8 depending on staffing</li>
