<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of existing mid-sized enterprise customers. Your primary focus will be on driving renewals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through a consultative sales approach.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own and grow a defined book of existing mid-market accounts across the Netherlands/Belgium.</li>
<li>Drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell of AvePoint’s SaaS solutions.</li>
<li>Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to close, in collaboration with SEs and Customer Success.</li>
<li>Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction to ensure renewals.</li>
<li>Develop account plans aligned with customer business goals and technology roadmaps.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Product, Support) to deliver value to customers.</li>
<li>Track and report on pipeline, forecast, and account health using CRM tools.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 3+ years in full-cycle closing roles.</li>
<li>Proven success in managing and growing existing accounts.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and SaaS sales.</li>
<li>Experience with MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar sales methodologies.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills in English and Dutch (written and verbal).</li>
<li>Ability to build executive-level relationships and influence decision-makers.</li>
