Senior Manager, Proposals at Precision Medicine Group

<p></p> <p>The Precision AQ Proposals team is seeking an experienced <strong>proposal writer</strong> and/or <strong>copywriter</strong> to support the development of custom capabilities presentations, responses to Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), new business pitch presentations, case studies, and resources for our Sales team.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Content Development: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Curate comprehensive information about Precision teams and offerings to effectively communicate our capabilities and value story to prospective clients</li> <li>Critically review RFIs and RFPs and apply key information critical to each new business opportunity</li> <li>Speculatively craft both narrative and summary content in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint before actively seeking feedback</li> <li>Drive conversation regarding effective communication and apply learnings to content, executive summaries, slide titles, case studies, and other key components of new business presentations</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leaders to craft cohesive, engaging stories – weaving together a mix of templated and <em>de novo</em> content</li> <li>Understand, follow, and enforce organizational brand guidelines for all deliverables</li> <li>Offer constructive copy feedback and proactively recommend ways we can evolve our storytelling</li> <li>Train colleagues on effective storytelling</li> <li>Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to ensure key learnings and updated messaging are pulled through</li> <li>Own “off the shelf” organizational resource creation, organization, and dissemination to Sales and other key teams</li> </ul> <p><strong>Resource Organization:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proactively maintain slide libraries and other content repositories and provide insights into AI process evolution</li> <li>Provide input on innovative ways optimize internal processes to reach maximum efficiency and productivity</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or relevant field</li> <li>3-5 years’ experience in proposal writing, copywriting, creative writing, content marketing, business development, presentations, or client services</li> <li>Exceptional writing and storytelling skills</li> <li>Experience working with diverse teams and communicating with executive leaders</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li> <li>PowerPoint design proficiency</li> <li>Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Healthcare marketing and/or agency experience</li> <li>Microsoft SharePoint experience</li> <li>AI content generation experience</li> <li>Demonstrated management skills (growth opportunity)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Competencies:&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent communicator and creative thinker; with an ability to roll up sleeves and solve problems that we may not have encountered before</li> <li>Flexible; able to develop, implement, and pivot under tight timelines and vague direction</li> <li>Versatile; happy to jump in and learn/assist on new types of projects and opportunities</li> <li>Proactive and bold; raises hand, takes initiative, and offers opinions whenever possible</li> <li>Organized; with an ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines at once</li> <li>Insatiable; constantly learning and educating the team on new ways to optimize business</li> </ul> <p>#LI-REMOTE</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">Precision is required by law in some states or cities to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
