We believe exceptional hospitality helps all individuals reach their full potential.</p></div><p><strong>Join the Culinary Team Behind Major and Minor League Baseball Organizations.</strong></p> <p>We’re hiring a <strong>Cafe Attendant</strong> to join our culinary team supporting the Tampa Bay Rays in Port Charlotte, FL.</p> <p><strong>Seasonal full-time &amp; part-time roles available | $20–$22/hr based on experience</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Role </strong>You'll keep the performance dining area running smoothly — clean, stocked, and delivering top-tier hospitality for professional athletes.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide "Best in Class" hospitality for our high-profile client, including excellent manners and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Manage an exceptional visual presentation and cleanliness in food service area</li> <li>Sweep, mop, scrub as needed, as well as clean floors, shelves, surfaces, equipment, etc.</li> <li>Check and refill all supplies that clients use daily</li> <li>Assist kitchen and BOH as needed, this may include prep work and dishwashing</li> <li>Communicate all needs through the Executive Chef and Sous Chef</li> <li>Ensure dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked</li> <li>Cover and date food when storing to ensure freshness and safety</li> <li>Ensure hot food temperatures are within safe range and records temps</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2 to 3 years customer service experience&nbsp;</li> <li>Back of the house (BOH) kitchen experience preferred</li> <li>Understanding of nutrition and performance based food preferred</li> <li>Banquet or catering serving experience preferred</li> <li>Excellent hospitality skills, professional demeanor, and a service-first attitude</li> <li>Extreme attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to anticipate client needs and fulfill them</li> <li>Knowledge of kitchen equipment, safe sanitary practices, and culinary skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Join KitchFix?</strong></p> <p>This is more than a seasonal job — it’s a chance to build your skills, expand your culinary experience, and work in a professional sports environment that few ever get to see.</p> <p><strong>Our Total Rewards Package includes:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive pay ($20–$22/hr)</li> <li>Full benefits for full-time roles</li> <ul> <li>Health, dental, vision</li> <li>HSA/FSA</li> </ul> <li>401(k)</li> <li>Paid time off (PTO, Sick Time, Paid Holidays)</li> <li>Opportunities to grow with KitchFix across multiple states and sports organizations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Want to be part of a kitchen that fuels greatness?
