We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing professional with a strong strategic mindset and a highly proactive attitude — someone who is constantly seeking new challenges and is prepared to exceed data-start="613" data-end="1399"> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1blu6yv" data-start="613" data-end="789"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead the full sales cycle with a strong focus on prospecting, while maintaining a clear post-sale business vision to ensure long-term client sustainability and scalability.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1ct1qc0" data-start="790" data-end="854"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop and manage a portfolio of Key Accounts in Argentina.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1dgq85j" data-start="855" data-end="934"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Research, map, and build tailored action plans for each prospective client.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1uog2oy" data-start="935" data-end="1097"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Design and implement innovative customer acquisition strategies across different industries and regions, adapting value propositions to specific client needs.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="o0detc" data-start="1098" data-end="1221"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Act as a Wellhub ambassador in industry forums and external events, building relationships with senior decision-makers.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1uni935" data-start="1222" data-end="1338"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Map the decision-making process of each prospect to optimize conversion across all stages of the sales pipeline.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="w1z15o" data-start="1339" data-end="1399"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.</span></li> </ul> <h2 data-section-id="1t7wgf4" data-start="1406" data-end="1424"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">WHO YOU ARE</span></h2> <ul data-start="1426" data-end="2244"> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="y1zf8h" data-start="1426" data-end="1509"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience in consultative sales, ideally selling to HR decision-makers.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1xhpo3k" data-start="1510" data-end="1606"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Previous experience across industries such as Technology, Healthcare, or Financial Services.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1yq1us4" data-start="1607" data-end="1751"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience working in startup environments, with a solid understanding of scaling business models from rapid growth to operational maturity.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="67yq37" data-start="1752" data-end="1881"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong strategic skills, with experience leading commercial initiatives that impact brand positioning and market penetration.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="poi2p1" data-start="1882" data-end="2012"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">High resilience and proactivity, with the ability to perform well in challenging environments and anticipate potential issues.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="snks51" data-start="2013" data-end="2130"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Data-driven and hands-on profile, with autonomy to work independently and a
