Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team’s scope of work permits. Increased flexibility will be required for this role at certain points in the year, as in-person community outreach is a key component of the Family Outreach &amp; Enrollment team.</p> <h4><strong>Deliver powerful results</strong></h4> <p>To achieve our vision, we are seeking a <strong>Family Outreach &amp; Enrollment Operations Manager</strong> with a <strong>Bachelor’s degree and strong project management experience.</strong> The ideal candidate has a proven track record of planning and executing complex initiatives, managing cross-functional stakeholders, analyzing data to inform strategy, and driving projects to completion. Familiarity with Upper Manhattan, the Bronx, and/or Queens is preferred. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is a strong project manager with the ability to plan, prioritize, execute, and follow through effectively. They are highly proficient in Google Suite, and use these tools to build systems, manage workflows, and support outreach strategy. They are highly detail-oriented and analytical, and demonstrate the ability to manage and interpret data independently. They bring flexibility, resilience, and a strong drive to meet goals.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end planning for outreach and enrollment initiatives, including developing detailed project plans, setting milestones, tracking progress, and proactively addressing risks and roadblocks</li> <li>Support outreach and enrollment operations, including the admissions lottery, family communications, and event logistics</li> <li>Collect, manage, and analyze outreach and enrollment data, and derive insights to drive continuous improvement in strategies and tactics</li> <li>Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of outreach initiatives and events</li> <li>Identify operational gaps, streamline processes, and implement scalable systems to improve efficiency and outcomes of the outreach and enrollment team</li> <li>Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean scale-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Join our purpose-driven community</strong></h4> <p>Zeta teammates are lifelong learners who live with child-like joy and a deep sense of purpose. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience and internal equity.
