<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Our Global SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) are trained on core sales skills that help them drive lead generation and qualification while in this role and beyond. Successful SDRs can progress into more advanced sales roles or other positions which provide increased earning potential.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing Enterprise leads. You will work closely with our Account Executives/Managers to generate pipeline and grow our customer base.</span></p>

<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Source opportunities and qualify leads for Sales Organization.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Work both inbound and outbound leads with an expectation of doing 80 touches per day (via email, phone calls, social media).</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Communicate with key IT personnel, up to and including C-level executives, by phone, email, and social media.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of DigiCert solutions to become a trusted advisor to prospects and customers.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Uncover and qualify prospective customer needs, understand business processes, identify projects, determine requirements, and ascertain potential solutions.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Collaborates with marketing to optimize performance of campaigns.</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Desire to work in sales and in the cybersecurity industry.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Coachable, self-motivated, curious, and resilient, with a “get the job done” attitude.</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Professional, efficient communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (positive and personable).</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proficiency in SFDC, Zoominfo, Salesloft/Outreach is a plus.</span></li>
