The Foundations pod owns the systems at the heart of how Roblox builds software: source control, code search, code review, artifact management, continuous integration, and cloud development environments.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">As the Engineering Manager for the pod, you will lead a growing team of 6 engineers responsible for these critical engineering tools. You will own both the day-to-day operational excellence of our core engineering infrastructure and the strategy to scale these systems for AI-powered development. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand.
