Dramatic Growth - Arine is managing more than 18 million lives across prominent health plans after only 4 years in the market, and was ranked 236 on the 2024 Inc. 5000 list and was named the 5th fastest-growing company in the AI category.</div>The Role: Arine is looking for a UX Designer, preferably based on the West Coast (PST), to join a strong team of diverse product managers, technologists and clinical professionals in building Arine’s Virtual Pharmacist platform and solutions. Our platform supports an array of complementary medicine intelligence solutions. Each solution is a launchpad for extending the value we deliver through our ever-growing repository of clinical models and workflows.  The product management team is responsible for planning and directing that growth to scalably meet the needs of our customers, as well as driving our solutions forward to deliver value in ways our customers have not even thought of yet. Our design team is a critical part of the product team, focusing on the overall experience and flows that underpin successful patient outcomes, customer success, and user satisfaction in the Arine solutions. As our products and platform grow, so do the needs of our customers and their patients. This role will own the user experience of Clinical Content and Intelligence in our pharmacist platform and will have an impact on our greater design strategy, UX/UI, and the success of users traversing through our enterprise solutions. What You’ll be Doing: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">User Research and Analysis: Conducting internal and external user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors to inform design decisions</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">Ideation: Lead our product team and feature teams in brainstorming sessions, workshops, and design exercises - ensure we are gathering ideas from ourselves, our customers and internal teams alike</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">UX Design: Transforming your research and ideation into user flows, wireframes, sketches, and prototypes, iterating with stakeholders and engineering along the way</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">UI Design: Reflect our brand/design principles in pixel-perfect mockups and help ensure their proper implementation</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">Driving Clarity: Using Design thinking as a lightning rod for group understanding in an environment with ambiguity and nuance around every corner. Bringing user-centered design principles and advocating for the user's needs throughout the product development process</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">Design Systems and Processes: Refining and contributing to our fledgling end-to-end design system of style specifications, guides, templates, and processes, helping enable us to streamline the product design process for everyone</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">User Perspective: Becoming the voice of our users in the room and aligning yourself to their needs, issues, and goals to identify key user flows and define crisp requirements that deliver the right value in an intuitive and efficient manner</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">Ownership & Strategy: Become the expert on the parts of the product you work on and contribute to how design prioritizes and executes on our work</li> </ul> Who You Are and What You Bring: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">A minimum of 5 years of experience in user experience, UI design, or a related field, working directly with software products and services</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">Experience in user research methodologies, design thinking, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">Sincere customer empathy with a drive to understand the needs behind their challenges</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">Ability to guide front-end developers and product managers, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative environment</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">Demonstrated ability to understand and solve complex user problems and balance engineering requirements/trade-offs</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ultimately, the final pay decision will consider factors such as your experience, job level, location, and other relevant job-related criteria.
