This role is responsible for system configuration, governance, integrations, reporting, and continuous optimization to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Serving as the Payroll systems counterpart to HRIS, this role partners closely with Payroll, HR Operations, Finance, IT, and external vendors to maintain data integrity, strengthen controls, and enhance the employee and manager experience.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Key Responsibilities</span></h2> <h3><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><u>System Ownership &amp; Configuration</u></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Administer and optimize Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Configure earnings, deductions, pay groups, time codes, accruals, overtime rules, and pay policies.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain payroll-related business processes, security roles, and integrations.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Monitor inbound and outbound integrations to ensure data accuracy and system stability.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><u>Payroll Operations &amp; Compliance</u></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support payroll processing cycles through audits, validations, and issue resolution.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure payroll and time data integrity through reconciliations and variance analysis.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain audit-ready documentation and support SOX/internal controls.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Monitor regulatory changes impacting payroll and timekeeping practices.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><u>Reporting &amp; Analytics</u></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and maintain payroll, time, and absence reporting and dashboards.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support labor costing accuracy and GL integration in partnership with Finance.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide workforce and payroll analytics to inform operational decisions.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><u>Enhancements &amp; Release Management</u></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead testing efforts including unit, regression, and UAT cycles.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Leverage Workday best practices to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency.</span></li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Qualifications</span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll experience.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience supporting Workday Time Tracking and Absence.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and labor laws.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience supporting audits and maintaining internal controls.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;
