Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.</div>Senior Business Analyst, PlayStation Store San Mateo, Los Angeles, or San Diego, CA  (hybrid)    About the Role  Sony Interactive Entertainment (PlayStation) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to help shape the future of our Direct-to-Consumer businesses - PlayStation Store and PlayStation Direct.  You will lead the business analysis workstream for complex commercial initiatives, working with business leaders and subject-matter experts to understand business objectives, processes and customer needs. You will translate these needs into clear, testable business requirements that Product, Engineering, Analytics and Data Science teams use to design and build new ecommerce products and supporting tools. setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
