This is a <strong>quota-carrying, high-velocity sales role</strong> focused on acquiring <strong>new small and medium business customers</strong> in Spanish-speaking markets.</p> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <p>You will work primarily over the phone, email, and video to convert inbound interest and warm leads into new Motive customers, while also running targeted outbound follow-up where needed. You’ll be responsible for managing a fast-moving pipeline, running discovery, delivering product demos, and closing net-new business.</p> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <p>This role is based in Pakistan (Islamabad, Lahore, or Karachi – per local office/remote policy) and supports customers in Spanish-speaking regions during North America–aligned hours.</p> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Own a new logo quota</strong> in the SMB segment, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Run full-cycle sales</strong> in Spanish: prospecting, discovery, product demos, solution design, negotiation, and close for new SMB customers.</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Qualify and prioritize inbound demand</strong> from Spanish-speaking prospects, quickly identifying decision‑makers, timelines, and potential deal size.</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Drive high-volume outreach</strong> (calls, emails, texts) to follow up on inbound interest, revive stalled opportunities, and build an incremental pipeline.</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Deliver compelling demos</strong> of Motive’s platform tailored to SMB use cases in transportation, construction, field services, and other relevant industries.</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Use a consultative, value-based approach</strong> to uncover customer pain, quantify impact, and position Motive’s differentiated value (safety, compliance, operations, and spend management).</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Manage pipeline rigorously in CRM</strong> (e.g., Salesforce): maintain accurate stages, close dates, and forecasts; follow agreed SMB New Logo sales playbooks and processes.</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Collaborate closely with Enablement, Sales Ops, and Marketing</strong> to execute campaigns, refine messaging for Spanish-speaking markets, and share field feedback.</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Partner with peers and your FLM</strong> on call coaching, objection handling, and deal strategy to continuously improve win rates and sales productivity.</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Champion the Motive culture</strong> on the sales floor: show up prepared, coachable, data‑driven, and focused on hitting your number the right way.</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <h2>What We’re Looking For</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Language &amp; Communication</strong></li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li>Native or near-native <strong>Spanish fluency</strong> (speaking, reading, and writing) <strong>required</strong>.</li> <li>Strong <strong>English</strong> skills for internal communication, tooling, and enablement content.</li> <li>Clear, confident communicator comfortable selling over the phone and video in Spanish.</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Experience</strong></li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li><strong>2+ years</strong> in a <strong>quota-carrying B2B sales role</strong>, ideally inside sales or SDR/AE hybrid, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li>Experience selling into <strong>SMB customers</strong> in Spanish-speaking markets (e.g., LATAM, Spain, or US-based Spanish-speaking customers) is strongly preferred.</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li>Background in <strong>SaaS, technology, telecom, BPO, or similar high-velocity sales environments</strong> is a plus.</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Sales Skills &amp; Operating Style</strong></li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li>Comfortable with <strong>high-activity, high-velocity motions</strong>: managing many opportunities with short sales cycles and clear daily/weekly KPIs.</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li>Strong <strong>discovery and qualification</strong> skills – able to quickly understand a prospect’s business, pain points, and buying process.</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li>Confident in presenting and demoing technology products to non-technical SMB owners and managers.</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li>Solid <strong>negotiation and closing</strong> skills, with the ability to create urgency and handle standard pricing and competitive objections.</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Data-driven</strong> mindset: uses reports and dashboards to manage the pipeline, prioritize accounts, and self-diagnose performance gaps.</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Mindset &amp;
